Payment Options
- Credit/debit card: Payment can be made prior to the event upon submitting your registration form. The VGCSA will provide details upon request.
- For EFT payment - an invoice will be issued to your Club/Company for payment within 31 days
Cancellation Policy
All registered members are required to provide at least five business days’ notice of cancellation prior to meeting. Otherwise, charges will apply.
